Welcome to KahitSan
By using any of our coworking spaces or services at KahitSan, you agree to these terms. They're straightforward — we want everyone to have a great experience, so please read through them.
How Check-In Works
New clients: When you visit us for the first time, we'll ask for some basic information — your full name, contact number, email address, and optionally a social media account. This helps us reach you if needed (for example, if you leave something behind).
Returning clients: If you've been here before, we'll simply ask for your name and how long you'd like to stay. Quick and easy.
Space Rules
Our spaces are shared environments. To keep things comfortable for everyone, we ask that you:
- —Keep noise levels down. Use headphones for calls and media. If you need to take a call, our call booths are available for that.
- —Be respectful and friendly. Treat other clients and staff with courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind won't be tolerated.
- —Clean as you go. Return shared items to where you found them, dispose of trash properly, and leave your workspace tidy for the next person.
- —Take care of our equipment. Report any damage or issues to staff. You may be held responsible for intentional damage to furniture, equipment, or facilities.
- —No illegal activities. Our spaces may only be used for lawful purposes. Any illegal activity will result in immediate removal and may be reported to authorities.
- —Food and drinks. Light snacks are fine at your workspace. For full meals, please use designated areas. Free coffee and water are available at the pantry.
Payments and Pricing
All rates are displayed on our Solutions page and at the front desk. Payment is required upon check-in or at the end of your session as agreed with staff. We reserve the right to update our pricing — any changes will be posted in advance.
Partner organization members receive discounted rates. You may be asked to show proof of membership when claiming partner pricing.
Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your own belongings. KahitSan is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. That said, if you leave something behind, we'll do our best to contact you using the information you provided during check-in.
Internet Use
We provide high-speed internet access to all clients. Please use it responsibly — don't download or distribute illegal content, attempt to access other clients' devices, or use excessive bandwidth that degrades the experience for others.
Limitation of Liability
KahitSan provides its spaces and services "as is." While we do our best to maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-equipped environment, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our spaces. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or equipment failure.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of our spaces after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Agreement
By availing any service from KahitSan — whether it's a walk-in session, a membership, or booking a private space — you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
