KahitSan Coworking updated its rates effective September 1, 2026.
This adjustment responds to higher day-to-day operating costs. Electricity is essential to the workspace, from lighting and cooling to internet equipment and device charging. Changes in fuel and transport costs also affect supplies, maintenance, and the wider cost of keeping the space open.
These pressures are being felt across the country. Earlier in 2026, the Energy Regulatory Commission reported that global fuel price increases and power supply challenges were placing upward pressure on electricity costs.
We have kept the adjustment focused on sustaining dependable daily operations while continuing to offer shorter, lower-cost workspace options.
