Dear Partners and Community,
After careful consideration and planning since early October, we are announcing a pricing update for KahitSan Coworking, effective November 1, 2025.
We encountered challenges that taught us the importance of continuous improvement. Intermittent WiFi disruptions, weather control issues, and facility wear affected the customer experience. While we resolved those core issues, we recognized that the workspace still needed upgraded blinds, better partitions, expanded amenities, and other improvements.
Our progress was limited by available resources. This pricing adjustment was intended to help fund facility improvements and strengthen KahitSan Coworking for long-term operation.
We aimed to balance sustainability with affordability so the workspace could remain accessible to students, professionals, and community organizations.
